Submission

Accepted papers will be published in a special issue of Procedia CIRP by Elsevier (ISSN: 2212-8271). In principle, papers will only be published in Procedia CIRP if one of the authors presents them on-site. Modifications to authorship will not be accepted after the full paper submission.

All authors are required to use the template provided by Elsevier for submitting their papers. The paper template can be downloaded here [docm format] [PDF format].

Please use the Elsevier Editorial System (EES) to submit your full papers. Submissions can be made via: https://www.editorialmanager.com/procir/

Full Paper Submission

Full paper submissions are due by Sep 4th, 2025. Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by the International Scientific Committee of the conference. The authors are required to submit Source file (Word .docm file) and PDF of his/her paper. It should be noted that the length of a full paper must be from 3 to 6 pages where the paper size is A4 (210 mm x 297 mm).

When preparing your full paper, please refer to the guideline provided by Elsevier: Guide for Authors. For your information, please also check FAQs about how to make a full paper.

IMPORTANT: For abstract/full paper submission, you will have to go through several steps. Please follow the instruction provided on EES. On the step “Article Type Selection,” please select “SI: PROCIR_2026LCE 2026.”
Do the same on the step “General Information.” On the Step “Additional Information,” please enter “LCE2026” in the “name of the conference.” These steps are shown in Figures 1, 2, and 3 (See below).
