Note)
All speakers are required to register on or before December 30, 2025 to present their papers at the conference. If not, the papers will not be included in the conference proceedings nor Procedia CIRP.
Participants who register for both CIRP LCE 2026 and CIRP Design 2026 (back-to-back participation) are eligible for a 20% discount on the registration fee. The discount will be applied at any time if participants change their registration to back-to-back participation. Please refer to the following link for the discount fee of CIRP Design 2026.

Changes to registration information will not be permitted after February 17, 2026. Participants who complete their registration after February 17, 2026 are not allowed to make any subsequent changes.

Registration Category Criteria
- To qualify for Student Registration rate, you must be a full-time bachelor or master course student in an accredited university. You are required to submit a copy of valid ID (student card or official letter) to CIRP LCE 2026 Desk via the online registration system.
- Students of doctoral course must register as Regular.

- Participation fee: JPY 8,000 per person
- To apply, please enter your choice via the online registration system.
- The industrial tour fee is not included in the registration fee. Participants who wish to join the industrial tour are required to make an additional payment.
Payment
All payments must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) by credit card through Online Registration or by bank transfer. Neither checks nor cash are accepted. Registration fee payments must be received prior to the deadline date in order to remain at the current registration rate.
Note)
Drawer of this online payment transaction will be “Keio Travel Agency Co., LTD.”. Please use a credit card which is valid at least until April 2026.
Confirmation
After the full payment is confirmed, attendees will receive a confirmation via e-mail by February 17, 2026. Please present this confirmation at the Registration Desk at the conference venue as proof of your registration.
Change/Cancellation/Refund Policy
Changes and cancellation can be made online by February 17, 2026 5:00 PM (JST). After that, a written notification should be sent to CIRP LCE 2026 Desk by email at cirplce2026@keio-kanko.co.jp. The date and time of the change and cancellation will be based on our working hours (Monday through Friday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm [Japan time] except for national holidays.) After the working hours, cancellation will be made on our next working day.
